U7 Co-Ed (Born 2020 and younger)

Learn Field Lacrosse in a fun and energetic group. Basic skills will be taught.

Full Equipment (helmet, pads, cleats, jock and mouthguard) is required

U9 Women's Field (Between Ages 5 and 8 as of December 31, 2026)

Develop fundamental individual skills and team concepts in a fast paced, active environment.

Learn basic skills and build on them in a small group atmosphere.

Players require full equipment (goggles, cleats, jill and mouthguard)

U11 Women's Field (Between Ages 9 and 10 as of December 31, 2026)

Develop fundamental individual skills and team concepts in a fast paced, active environment.

U19 Junior Women's Field (Between Ages 15 and 18 as of December 31, 2026)

Refine more advanced skills and tactics in a competitive atmosphere focused on preparing players for life long competition.
