U9 Women's Field (Between Ages 5 and 8 as of December 31, 2024)

Develop fundamental individual skills and team concepts in a fast paced, active environment.

Learn basic skills and build on them in a small group atmosphere.

Players require full equipment (goggles, cleats, jill and mouthguard)

Includes Alberta Field Lacrosse League Play throughout the summer

U11 Women's Field (Between Ages 9 and 10 as of December 31, 2024)

Heighten individual skill and team concepts with a move towards longer term position specialization and an emphasis on developing lacrosse IQ.

U19 Junior Women's Field (Between Ages 15 and 18 as of December 31, 2024)

Refine more advanced skills and tactics in a competitive atmosphere focused on preparing players for life long competition.

Players require full equipment (goggles, cleats, jill and mouthguard)
