Want to continue playing lacrosse and potentially play in college. The college lacrosse recruiting process can be a daunting process. Evolve Lacrosse is here to help every student athlete find the perfect fit for their academic and athletic abilities. Our Field Lacrosse Technical Director, Jesse Fehr has played and coached at every level of lacrosse, and has hands on recruiting experience as a player at prep school (Westminster School), collegiate level(Harvard/Duke) and most recently as a coach at Harvard University. Jesse along with Tracey Kelusky and John Grant Jr. form an influential coaching staff that is intimately familiar with the NCAA recruiting process and understand what it takes to be a successful student athlete.

Evolve strives to develop an individualized year round recruitment plan for each player. We work with our network of coaches throughout Canada and the United States to make sure we do everything we can to help our players find the best home for them at a post-secondary institution. This includes a realistic assessment of current skills.

We will prepare with each student athlete a plan for skill development, conditioning, academics, NCAA eligibility and standardized testing. As well as guidance in identifying and selecting the best recruiting events to achieve your goals.

This is an interactive process with set meeting times to ensure we understand your goals and are helping you to work towards achieving them. We will provide as much guidance and information as necessary to help every student athletes make informed decisions when it comes to selecting a post-secondary institution.

There is no right route that fits all players. There are great options for every player and we want to help find them for every motivated Evolve athlete.
