2020 SEASON FUNDRAISING INITIATIVES COMING SOON!

 

Due to the high cost of operations, field rentals, coaching costs, travel and equipment - Mustang Lacrosse players and their guardians are required to pay a large portion of the expenses through fees.

Continuing this year, the Mustang Fundraising Association is operating a fundraising program to enable players and parents to reduce the costs of fees for the program and for travel. The Fundraising Association is a separate organization from Mustang Lacrosse.

 

 

In the past four years a significant amount has been raised for the benefit of the entire club and the members who chose to fundraise individually. A breakdown is available below:

*The majority of the Association-raised funds collected during the season are the result of our raffle ticket sales. Although these are technically optional participation, there is an expectation that all players support the club by selling tickets.

 

With funds raised in 2018, the Mustang Fundraising Association:

  • provided BBQ meals each field day

  • made a cash donation towards purchase of a trailer for storing and hauling Mustang/Evolve game day equipment

  • purchased a dedicated BBQ and propane tank

  • purchased an unbranded shade tent/ shelter for additional shelter during summer field days and fall practices

 

With the funds raised in 2017, the Mustang Fundraising Association purchased the current pinnies for all summer lacrosse participants.

This will equates to a $30 registration saving per person, per year, for the life of the pinnies - approximately 3 years.

The remainder of the funds provided a BBQ lunch for each field day during the summer lacrosse season.
